Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has come under criticism online after a woman accused him of allegedly admitting to having an affair with a married woman at the residence of Seun Kuti.

In a viral video circulating on social media, the woman strongly condemned the alleged statement, arguing that such behaviour shows a lack of respect for marriage and family values.

She further criticised the act from both moral and cultural perspectives, insisting that even traditional beliefs and customs frown against relationships involving married individuals.

“VDM, I’m here to tell you that you don’t have dignity. For you to come out and tell us, say you go Seun Kuti house, go knack married woman,” she said.

“This one na another offence, because even gods of the land condemns it,” she added.

“You go person house, the only thing where you fit do for that house made them take remember you, na to knack person wife,” she said in Pidgin English.

The controversy has since sparked mixed reactions online, with some social media users questioning the authenticity of the claim, while others debated issues surrounding personal conduct, accountability, and public influence.
