
Due to allegations that he falsely accused a good samaritan, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of the GRA Police station in Asaba, Delta state, was sanctioned and removed from his position.
Tomi Wojuola, a Nigerian man, used social media to describe how, after rushing a dying man to the hospital, he was nearly set up for m_√der. He claimed that after taking the man who had fallen on the road to a hospital, the man tragically passed away. Tomi continued by saying that when he went to a police station to file a police report, the DPO accused him of m_√der and threatened to deal with him. Tomi claimed that he was spared the ordeal by God’s grace.
SP Bright Edafe, the command’s spokesperson, responded to vai X by stating that the DPO had been sanctioned and dismissed. The victim’s money that was extorted has since been reimbursed.
