Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have arrested three persons living with disabilities, including a 60-year-old man identified as Romanus Nwabara, over alleged drug trafficking activities.

The development was disclosed by Femi Babafemi in a statement issued on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

According to Babafemi, the suspects were arrested during interdiction operations carried out by NDLEA operatives in parts of Anambra State and Kwara State.

The agency said the arrests formed part of its ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and illegal substance distribution across Nigeria.
