After posting a live video of an altercation with police in Benin City, a young American artist claimed he was harassed by the Nigeria Police Force for the third time since coming to the nation.
The artist claims that despite the fact that there was no obvious problem with their car, he and his crew were stopped by police while filming a video. Additionally, he kept asking why they were being stopped, but no satisfactory response was provided.
However, one of the officers stated that the police had the right to stop them, but he did not provide an explanation.
According to the artist, this was the third instance of harassment he had encountered since traveling to Nigeria.
