Prudent Gabriel, a well-known fashion designer, revealed a personal story that has sparked a lot of conversation. She claimed that some of the people who had harmed her eventually came back to apologise, stating that things had stopped working out for them.
She recounted other incidences involving former employees and pupils in a video that was posted online. Despite being highly offended by their behaviour, she insisted that she never wished them harm.
She claims that one of her former employees took two of her clients’ clothes and then came back a year later, acknowledging that things had not been going well for him.
“For the past five years, I noticed that when people work with me and do something bad to me, when they leave, it always looks like things don’t work out for them.
My first bidder left with two of my customers’ aplic. I was hurt, but after one year, he came back begging, saying things had not been working well for him,” she said.
Prudent also described how, after her mother encouraged her to reconcile with the fashion entrepreneur, a former pupil who had earlier insulted her eventually came back to apologise.
She also disclosed that a different former student had recently contacted her through another person, stating that she had been having difficulties since leaving the academy and that she had a dream about the institution and asked for forgiveness.
“She said since she left my academy, things have not been going well for her. They asked her to apologise to the people she had offended and told me to forgive her. But I pray for my students every day. I don’t know if it’s just me this happens to or if other people experience such things,” she added.
Since then, her disclosure has spurred online discussions, with numerous social media users expressing differing opinions on her assertions.
