Actress Damilola Adegbite has discussed how perceptions of older women and dating are evolving.

According to her, society used to tell women that once they reached a certain age, they should discreetly stop dating.

She claims that this perception is shifting, with older women receiving more attention and being perceived differently in the dating scene.

“There was a time when society made older women feel like once you’ve crossed a certain age, you should basically leave the dating market quietly, but now the tables are turning,” she said.

“The older woman who was once overlooked has become the premium package,” she added.
