Suspected baπdits have reportedly shared a video displaying large amounts of cash allegedly obtained through ransom payments made for k!dnapped victims.
The video, which has circulated widely online, has sparked concern among Nigerians over the country’s security challenges.
Bakatsine, a journalist known for reporting on conflict and insecurity in Nigeria’s North-West region, shared the video on X and wrote:
“This video shows baπdits flaunting money obtained through ransom payments. May Allah bring an end to this tragedy and grant Nigeria lasting peace.”
The footage has since generated reactions on social media, with many users expressing concern over the continued threat of kidnapping and insecurity in parts of the country.
