On Wednesday, social media was awash with reports that some men picke dhim up where he was educating Nigerians on the need to go get their PVCs.

In a video he just released, Livinus said he was indeed picked up by men of the Department of State Security. He claimed the officers arrested him on grounds that he is inciting the public against the government.

He said he was threatened of a rearrest if he fails to desist from inciting the public against the government.

Livinus has vowed he will not stop with his advocacy for good governance.
