Social media personality and activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has reacted to the ongoing dispute involving P-Square brothers Peter Okoye, Paul Okoye, and their elder brother, Jude Okoye.
VDM, who has continued to comment on the controversy, addressed those criticising his position, accusing some people of trying to intimidate him into staying silent on the matter.
He said:
“You all want to instil fear in me to stop talking, but it won’t work. I will still be here when all of you attacking Paul and Jude will change your narrative just like you did with the case of Mohbad, Blessing CEO, and even Femi Gbajabiamila. I own this media. And there’s nothing you all can do about it.”
He also referenced previous controversies involving Mohbad, Blessing CEO, and Femi Gbajabiamila, claiming that public narratives eventually changed after he had spoken out during those incidents.
VDM further alleged that Peter initially approached him over the family dispute but became unhappy after he chose to conduct his own independent findings instead of taking sides against Paul and Jude.
He added:
“Peter came to me for a reason. And now that the reason is not being actualised, you all are angry. Peter wanted me to come out and speak against his brothers, but what he didn’t bank on is me doing my own findings.”
His comments have generated mixed reactions online, with some Nigerians praising him for maintaining his stance, while others questioned his involvement in what they described as a private family dispute.
The latest development has further fueled discussions surrounding the long-running P-Square crisis as Peter, Paul, and Jude continue to present differing accounts of the family conflict.
