Ossai Ovie Success, a political aide, has blasted social media activists. The activist’s return to Nigeria has sparked rumours that he may be detained.
In an online statement, Ossai Ovie Success claimed that Verydarkman’s fans were mobilised to the airport due to fears of an arrest, which did not occur.
He claimed that the activist had expected an arrest and the notoriety that would come with it, but was surprised with an unexpected conclusion.
Ossai went on to say that if security authorities truly planned to arrest someone, supporters at the airport would be powerless to stop it.
He was disappointed with the entire episode and questioned the necessity of the mobilisation.

“Verydarkman mobilized people to come to the airport to protect him from arrest, but he was in for a shock: nobody planned to arrest him.
He wanted to be arrested to trend and twist the narrative to look like he was being targeted for speaking against Tinubu’s second-term bid.
Guess what? He was disappointed.
But let it be known: if the authorities wanted to arrest VeryDarkMan, they would arrest him. None of the people he mobilized would have stopped it.
