Opeyemi Falegan refutes the assertion that his sister Helen and Pastor Ayo Ortisejafor are no longer together due to infidelity.

Falegan debunked the rumor on his Instagram page by claiming that his sister is not divorced.

Opeyemi Falegan, a politician in Nigeria and former lover of Nkechi Blessing-Sunday, has refuted accusations that his sister Helen’s marriage to Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the former head of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), has broken down.

As you may recall, the pastor and his wife recently made headlines when it was reported that, after 25 years of marriage, they had divorced due to alleged infidelity.

According to reports, Mrs. Oritsejafor, also known as Mama Helen, has migrated to the UK with their children after leaving their marital residence.

Falegan responded to the news by debunking the rumor on his Instagram page and clarifying that his sister is not divorced. He also denied allegations of marital infidelity.

He posted a picture of the couple and wrote;

“My sister is not divorced and will never be Divorced this claim is without evidence” as some media outlets framed it, Before you share a story kindly spend a moment evaluating the evidence. Attaching our family name( falegan) to infidelity is not only disgusting but abhorrence and totally unacceptable, Falegan families are known for their strong moral principles.

I Support good journalism but I will criticise stories that are poorly researched or downright misleading. Use your media literacy to discern and amplify truths that are backed up by good evidence, Kindly desist from further lies . – opeyemi david falegan . ( mama Helens Ortisejafor blood brother) clearing the air .”

The 50th anniversary of her husband’s tenure as the pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, Warri, was celebrated over the course of a week in November, although it was reported that Mama Helen was conspicuously absent.

Below are some images from the occasion attended by prominent pastors like Pastor Adeboye.

Her picture was also absent on the flyer of the program.

Mama Helen continued to conduct her “Command The Day” live morning prayer sessions on Facebook during the entire event.

Papa Ayo, Mama Helen, and the church have not yet confirmed or refuted the allegation.
