“Nollywood actors, celebrities sprayed Peller fake dollars, not billionaires” – Daddy Freeze

In response to Peller’s allegation that part of the dollars showered on him during his traditional wedding were false, media personality Daddy Freeze has commented, claiming that Nollywood stars and celebrities, not billionaires, were to blame.

During a live session, he responded to the incident by arguing that successful businesspeople would not spray fake foreign currency and that the fake dollars were probably the result of people wanting to look wealthy.

“Peller said he was sprayed fake dollars. It’s Nollywood actors and celebrities that’ll give Peller fake dollars, not billionaires like Cubana Chief Priest. That’s why I don’t roll with them. I cut them off because most of them are fake,” he said.

Daddy Freeze went on to say that he likes to hang out with people who have demonstrated their wealth, citing musician Davido as an example.

Additionally, he justified the purported ₦400 million gift that businessman Mr. Ochacho gave Peller, characterising it as an investment rather than a simple act of kindness.

“I only dine with people on Davido’s level. Mr Ochacho gave Peller that ₦400 million gift because he knows Peller is worth it, and it’s an investment because he has already made that money back,” he added.

Since then, his remarks regarding celebrities, billionaires, and the fake dollar controversy surrounding Peller and Jarvis’ traditional wedding have generated conflicting responses on social media.
