A Nigerian man stopped his relationship with a woman he had been dating for just seven days when she shared a picture of Nollywood celebrity Timini on WhatsApp with the message, “My love.”
A recent post doing the rounds on social media revealed this information.
A Nigerian graduate who received a BSc in Literacy Studies and English bemoans having to peel spice cubes at his mother’s command.
The man shared his dissatisfaction of his girlfriend’s post on WhatsApp, saying it was improper for her to share a picture of another man with that kind of caption when they were still dating.
He added that it indicates a lack of respect.
The lady, however, explained that it meant nothing significant, but the man insisted otherwise, stating that he didn’t perceive it positively and thus decided to end the relationship.
Upon announcing his decision to end things, the lady disclosed that it took months or even years for her to accept the man’s advances, as he had pursued her persistently.
However, he responded by expressing his surprise, stating that he wasn’t aware of her behavior.
