Nigerians have responded to a widely shared video on social media that depicts breakfast being given to American soldiers.

A portion of steak, what looks to be a cream-based side dish, sweet corn, cake and protein bars are among the food items that the soldiers are seen receiving from several stations as they move along a serving queue in the video.

Many Nigerians have commented on the perceived disparities in welfare and food provisions for military troops and compared the meal to the rations allegedly given to soldiers in other nations in response to the video.
