A 28-year-old lady ignited extensive internet controversy after discussing her marital crisis with her husband, his five-year-old son, and expectations for home tasks.

The wife, who had a baby six months ago, said the conflict started last week when she insisted her stepson do simple duties before heading to school.

The issue intensified when her husband unexpectedly returned home, discovered the youngster still present, and aggressively opposed to the demand, claiming the child was too young for such chores.

The quarrel has subsequently affected the couple’s relationship, with the husband apparently refusing to speak to his wife and taking up the responsibilities himself to demonstrate his point.

“I told the boy to sweep and wash dishes before school, but my husband said he is too young and got angry. Since then, he has been doing everything himself just to prove me wrong,” she said, expressing frustration over the situation.

She added, “Now he wants my sister, who came to help me with the baby, to leave so he can hire a nanny. He even said if I don’t agree, I should leave, but without my baby. I feel stuck and don’t know what to do.”

The development coincides with ongoing discussions on parenting techniques and blended families.
