A married woman, Mrs. Rulayat Muhammad, was detained by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command in connection with the death of her purported lover at a guest house in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
This was announced by Ahmed Muhammad Sanusi, the FCT Commissioner of Police, as he paraded the suspect with other offenders the command had detained.
The CP claims that the suspect and her partner went to the Good Samaritan Guest House on 2nd Avenue in Gwarimpa to enjoy themselves when the partner unexpectedly died during s3x.
He claimed that after learning that her lover had passed away, the suspect grabbed his phone and fled the hotel without informing the staff.
The body was later found by the hotel management, but instead of reporting it to the police, two employees, Ibrahim Omeiza and Kefat Bitrus, are accused of moving the body from the hotel and disposing of it beneath the Katampe bridge in Kubwa.
The police chief stated, “The investigation into the dead body of a man discovered beneath the Katampe bridge on August 26, 2026, has revealed that the deceased had lodged at a guest house in Gwarimpa with a married woman identified as Mrs. Rukayat Muhammed of Garki Area 2.”
The police commissioner claims that additional investigation showed that the married woman had saved the deceased’s contact information on her phone under the name “Safiyat” and was allegedly in a romantic relationship with him.
