A man has reportedly been arrested for allegedly consuming ₦324,000 worth of meals in a Lagos eatery without paying for it.

The owner of the restaurant claimed in an internet video that the man had been coming in for over two months, consuming meals valued at roughly ₦6,000 every day, and then departing without paying.

The guy who posted the video claimed that the man had just served six months in a jail facility after allegedly stealing ₦250,000 from his work. The man was apparently eventually captured.

According to reports, the man said that he frequently tricked others into thinking he had paid for products or services by using fictitious transfer alerts.

The proprietor of the restaurant clarified that the man would frequently visit while she was away, leaving her employees to take care of him before purportedly departing without paying his debts.

A security personnel said …

“My people, say no to crime. This guy him go go chop for this woman shop, normally she no dey dey na her girls dey de. This guy don chop food of 324,000 and from my findings, this guy just come out from prison. Him use 6 months for there. Them say him chop him oga money of 250K.

After commoting from correctional centre, with the correction wey dey do for am he still comot dey do the same thing. My brother your days are numbered.

The restaurant owner explained: “He doesn’t do transfer. He’ll just come and eat food of 6K a day and go home. For more than 2 months…”
