A new video of the late Ondo businessman, Akinbolusere Kayode, has surfaced online, showing him outlining the financial provisions he made for his second wife before his death.
In the recording, which circulated on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, October 30, 2026, Kayode spoke about his polygamous family and explained the steps he had taken to prevent disputes between his two wives over his estate.
Speaking in English, the owner of Esther Estate listed several provisions he had made for his second wife, including sponsoring her mother’s trip abroad, sending her child overseas, buying cars for her, and purchasing a parcel of land reportedly worth ₦36 million.
He also revealed that he sponsored her father’s burial, explaining that he made the arrangements privately to ensure his second wife would not trouble his first wife.
“I don’t want my second wife to trouble my first wife,” he stated in the video.
Kayode further explained that after making provisions for his second wife, he had decided that his remaining properties and assets would belong to his first wife, Adenike, and their three children, who are based in Canada.
The recording appeared to have been made as a documented account of his decisions, with the businessman stating at the beginning of the video that he was speaking on record.
Recall that Kayode reportedly died by suicide on Thursday, October 29, 2026, hours after releasing an emotional video in which he discussed his family, business challenges, and decision to will his properties to his first wife and children.
His death has continued to generate reactions on social media, particularly following the emergence of the latest recording detailing how he planned to distribute his wealth between his two wives.
