A woman has shared an emotional account of the struggles in her marriage, revealing that she has spent years pleading with her husband for intimacy without success.

According to a news report on TVC, the woman stated that her husband has allegedly refused to be intimate with her for over 13 years despite her repeated efforts to save the relationship.

Speaking about her situation, she said: “I’ve been begging my husband to sleep with me, but he has vehemently refused.”

She further alleged that her husband regularly leaves the house very early in the morning, sometimes around 5:30 a.m., to meet other women.

Beyond the lack of intimacy, the woman claimed she has also endured threats and hostility in the marriage.

According to her, her husband has threatened her several times with a cutlass, forcing her to secretly remove dangerous weapons from the house out of fear for her safety.

Despite these challenges, she explained that she still continues to manage the home, cook for the family, and take care of domestic responsibilities.

The woman also described facing pressure from some relatives and religious advisers who encouraged her to remain in the marriage and continue enduring the situation for the sake of the children.

Despite the painful experiences, the woman maintained that she was still unwilling to walk away from the marriage.

She explained that she had invested years into building the relationship and continued to cook, care for the children, and manage the home despite the emotional distress she was facing.
