Ndonima Sam Wewe, a Nigerian woman, has thanked her parents for their strict parenting style, claiming that the “training” is effective because she doesn’t m!sbehave.
On January 2, 2026, she revealed this in a Facebook post in response to a father in Taraba who was allegedly ab_sing his 14-year-old daughter.
Ndonima claims that until his d£•th, her father, a soldier, used her for military drills.
Following his d£•th, her mother carried on the custom by sending her to be punished by soldiers.
“My dad retired from the military before I was born, he literally practiced all the exercises he missed during his service years on me, yet I was his favorite child,” she wrote.
“And when he died my mum continued from there, she got to the extent of taking me to soldiers next to our house for punishments, saying “I am used to being b£•ten by armies” I didn’t d!e after all these but it changed my mentality even before I got to my puberty phase because I was 9 then.
“Now, all I can say is I am grateful for all that training because it’s really working. I can stay away from home now for months and my mum will be confident that I won’t misbehave. Allow parents to train their children abeg.”
