A Nigerian woman has sparked passionate reactions online after speaking out about how she stayed in a relationship where her boyfriend was openly interacting with another woman.
In a famous TikTok video, the sad woman described how she found her partner was cheating.
When she confronted him, he allegedly informed her that he loved both ladies and couldn’t decide between them.
“He said he loved both of us and can’t choose, so it’s either I stay and share or I go. I stayed,” she said.
Instead of stepping away, she stated that she attempted to adjust to the terrible reality in order to maintain the relationship.
According to her, she even tried to befriend the other woman so that everything could run well.
In a stunning disclosure, she revealed that when her lover went to another city to see the other lady, she helped him pack his things and even accompanied him to the airport.
The matter became more difficult when he informed her that they had split up. However, she ultimately realised it was a lie.
Despite knowing the truth, she claimed she feigned to be unaware because she was afraid he would quit the relationship if she questioned him.
Things became even more difficult after he ultimately broke up with her. She stated he still approached out for casual sexual meetings, emphasising unequivocally that it was not a relationship.
“He would tell me not to overthink it, that it was just sex, not a relationship. I would cry and still remain there,” she added.
According to her, she never had the strength to go away on her own. Despite her appeals and attempts to reconcile, he was ultimately the one who brought things to an end.
