“If you ever feel stupid, just remember this” — Lady challenges popular Christian afterlife beliefs

A woman has stirred discussion online after revealing her views on key Christian beliefs concerning life after death.

She underlined that many individuals, especially those in their late 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s, still maintain literal ideas about what occurs after death.

Read what said below;

If you ever feel stupid, just know that there are Christians that are well in their late 20s, 30s, 40s, even 50s, that still believe that the day they die, they will be taken to a place where a big screen will be put in front of them to watch the life they lived on earth.”

She went on to say that people are judged and placed in either heaven or hell after viewing this.

Her remarks demonstrate the continuing impact of teachings passed down through the centuries and show how deeply embedded some religious narratives can be, even among well-educated adults.

She added, “If you ever feel stupid, just remember this and use it to hold body.” Her statement encourages people to put their own lives and decisions into perspective, even in the face of beliefs they might not fully understand.

See reactions below;

@Lucima“It’s the fact that they already brainwashed our forefathers and those stuff has been passed down from generation to generation. Because to me, I think there’s no end; we just keep coming back again and again”

@NaijaTawn: “Mind you, the Bible never expresses this narrative. So as a Christian, I will always be proud of my religion. But what are your thoughts about the Quran? That says the price for leaving holy on earth for a man is that God will reward them with 72 Virgins in heaven.”

@princejH2O: “She believes she’s making sense. Why shouldn’t others believe in what they want?”

@POSTIVISM: “Saying ‘Believe’ several times in whatsoever it is that she is saying only means one thing!”
