A woman has spoken up about her experience with a Nigerian guy she brought to the United Kingdom (UK), alleging she spent a large amount of money helping him relocate before their relationship ended.

The woman stated that she paid for his UK visa and contributed to his aircraft ticket before he came to the UK. According to her, she also paid for his lodging after he arrived.

Recounting the story, the woman stated that she financially supported the man because they were in a relationship and were planning to marry.

“Yes, I brought him to the UK. I paid for his visa to come to the UK. I paid part of his ticket to come to the UK, and when he arrived in the UK, I put him in a hotel so that he could self-isolate.

I used my money. And then after that, I put him in a rented house with my money. Yeah, I did that.

Mind you, he broke up with me four months, only four months after he came the UK, and only a few weeks short of our wedding.”

According to her, the man’s arrival in the UK was only four months prior to the breakup.

She claims that the split also happened just a few weeks prior to their scheduled nuptials, leaving her to handle the emotional and financial fallout.

The woman also claimed that she was asked by the man and his family to keep their breakup a secret from the UK Home Office.

“And then he and his family had the guts to ask me not to tell the Home Office that we were no longer together. He still wanted to be in the UK, even though he had broken up with me.

Yeah, men, right?”
