A Nigerian woman has shared an embarrassing experience she had in church, drawing reactions from social media users.
In a post on X, Ola-sun-kanmi recounted how she accidentally fell asleep beside the altar during a prayer session.
According to her, she had joined a group of elderly worshippers for prayers and dozed off during the session. When the prayers ended, everyone returned to their seats, but she remained asleep.
She said an usher later came to wake her up after the clergyman noticed she was still there and made an inquiry.
Upon waking, she stretched in front of the congregation before realizing what had happened. Although embarrassed by the situation, she quietly searched for an empty seat and sat down.
