Veekee James, a celebrity designer, responded when some social media users accused her of being insecure for applying many Snapchat filters in a recent video.

However, a Snapchat admirer defended her, questioning why she was being dragged over something as trivial as a filter.

“So it’s this video someone was dragging you with? Just because it’s a double filter? Anyways, you look amazing and I hope whatever anyone is saying doesn’t affect you,” the fan wrote.

Veekee responded by dismissing the criticism, saying she was merely enjoying Snapchat’s capabilities and had no cause to feel insecure.

“Why am I on Snapchat as a creator if I won’t enjoy the features? I’m the last person anybody can talk down on in the area of beauty. I carry beauty for head dey sell am,” she wrote.
