A Nigerian lady has stirred reactions online after alleging that her friend’s seven-year relationship collapsed after her fiancé found a ChatGPT search about cheating.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the lady explained that her engaged friend had used ChatGPT to search for ways to stop cheating on her fiancé.

According to her, the man stumbled on the search when he picked up his fiancée’s phone to check something on the AI chatbot.

She claimed the discovery angered him, leading him to say he was no longer interested in continuing the relationship.

The lady expressed worry over the development, praying that her friend’s fiancé would have a change of heart and take her back.

She also disclosed that she offered to take the blame for the search in a bid to save her friend’s relationship, even though she herself is not engaged.

“ChatGPT has ruined my friend’s relationship of seven years. My friend is engaged, and I don’t know what her problem is. She now started searching on ChatGPT, ‘How can I stop cheating on my fiancé?’ I don’t even know how he saw it.

The guy says he’s not interested again. I’m just praying that he accepts her back. I’m even trying to say that it was me who searched for it, but I don’t have a fiancé.”
