A user on the microblogging platform, X (previously Twitter), who won ₦5 million from betting, complains about threats received after winning.
@samsonthegoat25, an X user, uncovered a betting code online, risked ₦5,000, and won ₦5 million.
The X user expressed gratitude to the person who shared the betting code by sending ₦500,000.
However, the guy demanded ₦2.5 million from the winnings and threatened to send cultists after them.
In the tweet, the individual claimed to know the X user’s whereabouts and provided evidence to support their claim.

”He demands at least another ₦2.5 million from my winnings, claiming I owe him more. He’s threatening to send cultists after me, saying he has my exact address and location and he actually showed proof that he knows it. I refused to send more, but I already gave him the initial ₦500k earlier“,
