Have you thought about removing the source of your problem - Mental health nurse practitioner addresses cheating men after a patient chopped off his p3nis

Semiloore Akerele, a Nigerian psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the US, has asked men who say they can’t stop ch£ating if they’ve thought about cutting off their penis.

After telling the story of a patient who ch0pped off his p3nis, she said this.

The man clarified that he did it because he thought his p3nis was the cause of his adultery, according to Akerele.

“During one of my nursing rotations, we had a patient who amputated his own p3nis… yes, exactly as it sounds. He chopped his peepee,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Monday, March 23.

“When we reviewed his history, he explained that he did it because he believed it was the source of his infidelity.

“After a heated argument with his wife about his repeated cheating, he decided to “remove the problem” himself. This isn’t a secondhand story, I was directly involved in his care.

“When he first arrived at the ER, the team attempted surgical reattachment, but unfortunately the tissue became gangrenous after some days, and a full amputation was ultimately required.

“Clearly, there were significant psychiatric factors at play.

“But it does make you pause and think

“For men who say they “can’t help” or “unintentionally” cheat, what does that really mean?
