Father rescues daughter kidnapped on Christmas day after tracking her phone?s location

After his teenage daughter was abducted by a man on Christmas Day, a father in Texas tracked her cell phone to save her.

The teen had gone out to walk her dog, according to the sheriff’s office. Her parents used the parental controls on her phone to find her when she failed to return at the scheduled time.

Nearly two miles from their house, in a remote, partially forested area, her father discovered his daughter and her dog inside a maroon pickup truck with a partially πude man.

After assisting his daughter in getting out of the truck, he called the police right away.

Investigators discovered that the suspect had abducted the 15-year-old from the street after threatening her with a knife.

Deputies were able to locate the truck and identify the man as Giovanni Rosales Espinoza, 23, thanks to witnesses’ thorough descriptions of the vehicle.

Espinoza was apprehended without incident and is accused of indecency with a child and aggravated k!dn•pping.

He is being detained without bond at the Montgomery County Jail.

Sheriff Wesley Doolittle released a statement condemning the incident.

Doolittle said: “Christmas is a day meant for joy, but this man chose to shatter that joy by targeting a child. I am incredibly proud of our deputies and detectives who worked tirelessly to ensure this dangerous predator was swiftly apprehended and is now off our streets. Rest assured that your Sheriff’s Office remains vigilant every hour of every day to keep your families safe.”
