An old man has sparked outrage online after insisted on personally telling his daughter-in-law farewell on her funeral day, praising her for being so loving and polite.
In a popular video published on X (previously Twitter), he revealed how, despite only being married to his youngest son for four years, she had left an indelible impression on him and his family.

“I renamed her Chimochima. She married my youngest son just for four years, and now they are telling me not to come and talk about her. She was my youngest daughter, a very good daughter who cared for me. I have other daughters, but she stood out.”
He went on to say that her generosity, respect, and real love for the family elevated her above the status of daughter-in-law to the level of his own kid.
Many social media users were genuinely moved by his statements, emphasising how uncommon it is to see such true ties between in-laws.
