Seun Kuti, a Nigerian artist, has stirred interest online after alleged facts about IShowSpeed’s African tour, asserting Elon Musk’s involvement.
IShowSpeed’s ‘Speed Does Africa’ tour began on December 29, 2025, with visits to 20 nations, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Egypt.
The voyage ended on January 27, 2026, in Namibia, the capital city of Kenya.
According to Seun Kuti, Elon Musk, the wealthy tech magnate, funded IShowSpeed’s African tour to test his satellite’s reach throughout the continent.
”They all have the agenda. All that was a spy job for Elon Musk. I hail him and we have our own people pursuing him with us“, He added.
Seun Kuti revealed that during IShowSpeed’s tour to Nigeria, concert promoters and the streamer’s close colleagues approached him.
Notably, the tour generated 16 million hours of viewing time and reached a peak of 418,300 concurrent views on YouTube.
IShowSpeed also expressed gratitude and pondered on the event, saying it ‘opened his eyes’ and “changed his life for the better.”
He reached 50 million YouTube subscribers during his African trip, notably when in Nigeria celebrating his 21st birthday.
