“Don’t repeat that name again” — Carter Efe warns girlfriend Jasmine after she mentions his child’s mother

Popular Nigerian streamer and skit maker Carter Efe has sparked reactions online after a video surfaced showing a private conversation between him and his new girlfriend, Jasmine.

In the viral clip, Jasmine appeared to ask Carter about Elma, the mother of his child, after noticing that viewers repeatedly mentioned her name during their livestream.

Carter immediately reacted to Jasmine’s question, warning her against mentioning Elma’s name while also reassuring her of his feelings for her.

“Don’t repeat that name again, if you repeat that name again you will see yourself in Georgia right now. I love you with everything I have why are you calling that name?”

Jasmine apologised and explained that she only brought up the name because she had noticed several people discussing Elma in the livestream chat.

Carter, however, advised her not to pay too much attention to everything viewers say during their livestreams, noting that social media comments can sometimes create unnecessary issues.

The conversation took another turn when a voice in the background appeared to refer to Elma, saying:

“This girl go dey beef you oo.”

Carter responded in Pidgin English:

“Make she beef me, e go better.”
