At the airport in Enugu, agents from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) discovered cocaine concealed among bathing soap pills.

On Wednesday, October 26, Madu Chukwuemeka Miracle, 27, arrived at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, AIIA, Enugu after traveling from Nairobi, Kenya, through Addis Abeba, Ethiopia.

According to a statement published by NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi, a search of his three bags turned out 76 foreign bathing soaps produced with cocaine in one bag and two plastic bottles of a cream-like substance that tested positive for cocaine in another. The combined weight of the liquid cocaine and the cocaine bars is 13.146 kilograms, or 10.650 kilograms for the bars and 2.496 kilograms for the liquid.

A photo posted online by the spokesperson of the agency, Femi Babafemi, shows the banned substance molded in form of tablets of bathing soaps and covered with wraps that read bathing soap.
