“By 25, you should have houses, cars, 100 million in the bank” — Woman sets brutal standard for men

A woman’s statement that men have no justification for being broke by the age of 25 has sparked an internet controversy, emphasising that having a stable financial situation is an essential aspect of being a man.

In a widely shared video, the woman asserted that women are capable of earning money and urged males to be accountable for their own achievements.

She maintained that a guy ought to have accumulated significant fortune by the age of 25, including homes and vehicles in his name, as well as at least 100 million naira in savings.

Don’t get angry when a woman comes and she can’t date a man that does not have money. Because even me as a lady, I’m successful. I’m working out for myself. So what excuse do you as a man have to sit down idle and be broke?” she said.

The woman highlighted that financial success is crucial for men’s own well-being and should not merely benefit women.

At 25, you should be already made. You should have a house and two cars in your name. Know that you will be the body up and down. You should be successful as a man. You don’t have an excuse to be broke.

On social media, her remarks have elicited conflicting responses. While some have praised her candour, others have attacked what they perceive to be irrational demands.
