“Barbers live better than civil servants” – Tunde Perry reacts to TVC backlash over Peller’s Maldives comments

Tunde Perry, a well-known socialite and content creator, has contributed to the current controversy surrounding Peller by voicing a daring viewpoint regarding civil servants and lifestyle disparities.

His remarks about luxury and affordability following his trip to the Maldives with his girlfriend, Jarvis, have drawn criticism from TVC News anchors.

Reacting to the controversy, he said:

“Civil servants cannot go to Maldives to enjoy themselves like Peller did, truly. People are just blaming him for saying the truth, even the TV stations that are blaming him too.”

He maintained that many government employees cannot afford such experiences, arguing that the criticism aimed at Peller may be unfair.

By drawing comparisons between professions and asserting that some skilled workers now enjoy a higher standard of living than civil servants, Tunde Perry further sparked outrage.

“Barbers live a better life than civil servants. Civil servants, everybody is not your level. Give respect to whom it is due,” he added.
