A woman’s direct caution to men about relationships, emphasising that women frequently forget the sacrifices men make, has generated discussions on social media.
She claims that males frequently go above and beyond in partnerships by covering expenses for things like school fees, purchasing technology, and meeting other requirements. She claimed that some women have a tendency to ignore these sacrifices in spite of these attempts.
“Ah, men, listen to me o. We women, eh, we are very quick to forget all the sacrifices that you men make for us. You see, you go do everything—pay school fees, buy phone, send money for hair, for this, for that. You overdo your part as a man. But small thing, we forget everything! We just pack our load and go. ‘What did he even do for me?’ As if nothing happened,” she said.
She included a warning, telling men to keep their efforts balanced and make sure their partners are contributing as well.
“Balance am, ehn? Make she sef put something. No be only you go dey sacrifice. I’m warning you men o. Don’t say I didn’t tell you,” the woman advised.
