Baπdits abduct mother and her six children in Kaduna community

In Kurmin-Uwa, close to the Janjala community in Kagarko Local Government Area, Kaduna State, a mother and her six children have been k!dnapped by baπdits.

The most recent incident occurred just twenty-four hours after baπdits k!dnapped three people and seven family members in Unguwar Sabon-Titi, Kachia LGA, the state.

Ibrahim Shehu, a Kagarko town resident who confirmed the most recent k!dnapping to Daily Trust, stated that it occurred on Friday at around 10:23 p.m.

He claimed that as soon as the bandits entered the neighborhood, they immediately went to their intended residence and abducted seven people.

He listed Ladi Malachy, Patience Malachy, Promise Malachy, Inama Malachy, Peter Malachy, and Aboyi Malachy as the names of the k!dnapped victims, which included a mother and six children.

A community leader who preferred anonymity also confirmed the latest abduction.

He said he alerted the security operatives after he received information of the invasion of bandits into the community, which, according to him, is 2-kilometers away from Kagarko town.

“I received a distress call that baπdits had invaded Kurmin-Uwa village, I quickly alerted the security operatives, but I don’t know if they later responded,” he said.

The community leader said contact is yet to be established with the abductors, even as he expressed concern over continuous baπdits attacks on several villages under Kagarko LGA.
