In relation to the March 14 assassination of seventeen of its officers in the Okuama hamlet in Delta state, the Nigerian Army has proclaimed eight people—seven men and one woman—wanted.

The military posted pictures of the two people with the following description.

‘’Photographs of wanted persons in connection to the killing of 17 Nigerian Army Personnel at Okuama community in Ughelli South LGA of Delta state on 14 March 2024”
