A Nigerian man has stirred reactions online after calling out a single mother over ₦2,100 he claimed to have sent her for transport fare, alleging that she stopped taking his calls after getting the money.
In a phone conversation currently circulating online, the man voiced his frustration, saying the woman had told him she was already on her way after receiving the transfer.
He questioned why she stopped answering his calls, stating that he had been waiting with the understanding that she was coming.
“Are you a true mother? Why will I send you a transport fare of ₦2,100 and you say you’re on your way, making me believe you’re already coming? Immediately you received the money, you stopped picking my calls,” he said.
The man also challenged the woman’s claim that her child was vomiting, asking if the child had started vomiting while she was already en route.
Upset over the situation, he threatened to take legal action, maintaining that the money was his.
“This is something I can sue you on. It’s my money,” he added.
The exchange has triggered mixed reactions online, with many sharing their opinions on the dispute over the ₦2,100 transport fare.
