A Nigerian lady’s article explaining why she blocked a friend living abroad has sparked social media attention.
The lady, identified as @AdageorgeA on X (previously Twitter), reported that a buddy travelled overseas seven years ago.
After moving overseas, he stopped replying to her texts and comments on his posts.
However, a male buddy contacted her over TikTok Direct Message (DM), requesting that she visit his ailing mother.
According to @AdageorgeA, she suggested he warn his younger sister, but he claimed he thought they were playing with him.
She eventually blocked him on both TikTok and Facebook.
