Pastor Enoch Adeboye has come under fire from human rights attorney Inibehe Efffiong for the prayers he has offered for Nigeria over the past four years.
There shall be a new Nigeria, according to a news headline that quoted Adeboye. This prompted Inibehe to respond.
Inibehe questioned the benefits of Adeboye’s prayers for Nigeria in a series of Tweets. In his view, Adeboye justifies their deception with the toga of religion rather than confronting corrupt politicians and election riggers with the truth like the prophets of old.
