Waje was in tears as she described what she claimed to have seen as voter suppression at her polling place during the Lagos state governorship and House of Assembly elections.
The musician claimed that just this morning, INEC relocated their polling location from its regular secure location to a remote area.
They went to the new voting location with no issues, she said, and cast their votes there.
She claimed that everything was going smoothly at first, but then thugs gathered and started assaulting people with phones and beating up voters.
She disclosed that the thugs attacked one of her pals and severely battered him.
Through tears, the musician questioned why such amount of voter suppression should be allowed to exist.
“You guys are evil. You knew what you were doing,” she said, calling out INEC.
