Peller, a content creator and streamer, has taken offence at the rumoured hasty funeral of his late blogger and close friend Hushbobby, who passed away following surgery.
Peller, who recently disclosed that he paid ₦1.5 million for Hushbobby’s surgery, had previously expressed surprise upon learning of his passing even though he had been told the procedure was successful.
“Can you guys stop burying people very quick, I beg you all. Why will you run to bury him after he was declared dead? Now they need to do autopsy to know what killed him, una run go bury am. Why?” he questioned.
The TikToker emphasised that an autopsy should have been performed to determine what caused Hushbobby’s death and questioned why he was purportedly buried soon after.
Additionally, Peller cautioned that since no one can predict when their time on earth will end, he would not want his own remains interred prematurely if he passed away.
“Someone died in the morning, and you buried him in the evening. It doesn’t make any sense. Make nobody run bury me, I go change am for people oo. I no go gree,” he added.
Concerned about the circumstances surrounding Hushbobby’s death, he further requested the return of the ₦1.5 million he allegedly gave for his treatment.
Peller’s most recent response coincides with his ongoing grief for Hushbobby, whose death soon after surgery sparked public outcry.
Although the circumstances and medical cause of Hushbobby’s death have not been independently determined, Peller’s claim that he paid for the surgery has been supported by numerous publications.
