A Nigerian lady serving in the United States military has spoken about how communications in her inbox have decreased since tensions over the Iran war erupted.
In a video published on social media, the lady stated that before the war, numerous Nigerians wrote her direct messages asking how they might join the US Navy or the American military.
However, she remarked that since the crisis began, the number of people seeking out has significantly decreased.
According to her, she now only receives a few texts every day, as opposed to the vast number she received prior to the crisis.
She playfully enquired as to what had changed and welcomed anyone who remained interested in joining the United States military to send her a note if this was still their wish.

“Before the Iran w@r started, many Nigerians kept coming to my DM asking how to join the US Navy. Since the conflict began, I haven’t seen anyone asking about joining the US military again. The DM has now reduced. I only get like 4 or 5 DMs now. What happened? Don’t you people want to join the US military again? If it’s still your heart just send me DM”
