The X user reported that her friend abruptly blocked her after relocating abroad, cutting off all communication.
Meanwhile, she paid a visit to her aunt at a private hospital in Ikeja, which led to an unexpected outcome.
At the hospital, she saw a friend working as a cleaner, disguised to protect her identity.
Her friend cried after seeing her.
