Elizabeth had previously declared her intention to marry Krystle, the love of her life, in November 2022.

Elizabeth Ekpo and Krystle Ekpo, two Nigerian women, have defied the rules of love by getting married in America.

The pair exchanged vows and tied the knot in front of family and friends in a lovely ceremony at Chateau LeMoyne – French Quarter in New Orleans, United States.

Some of the wedding photographs show the couple looking beautiful in their magnificent red traditional Nigerian clothing. Others featured one of them in a magnificent white bridal gown and the other in a sophisticated all-black attire.

Chanda, Krystle’s sister, posted the images to Facebook with the remark,

“My baby sister Krystle got married to the love of her life Dr. Elizabeth Ekpo this past weekend in NOLA. I gained a additional sister Liz ♥️. I wish the both of you happiness and joy forever. Congratulations I Love you all Always #marriedtomednola”
