“We don’t forgive in this zone” – Eniola Badmus breaks silence over fresh ‘pimp’ allegation, vows legal action

Following a social media accusation that she was a private pimp for high-ranking politicians and film executives, Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has spoken out.

According to the accusation, which first appeared on X (previously Twitter), the actress allegedly connects young females with influential politicians and uses these relationships to enter politics.

Read what the X user wrote below:

“Popular Yoruba Actress Eniola Badmus is reportedly a private pimp in Nigeria and in the movie industry, linking young girls up with top directors, movie executives, and Nigerian politicians.

She surely gained entry into the political scene through this network, and many young girls have been exploited & used for different purposes by politicians through her connections.”

The actress responded angrily, calling the allegation “false and defamatory,” and she made it plain that she would not take the situation lightly.

She stressed that she is not one to ignore such charges and warned that authorities will intervene.

Reacting to the post, read what she said below:

“This is the attention you’ve been craving for, so let’s get into it…. This is a false accusation, and Authorities will step in…..Let it be known that we do not forgive in this zone.”

These kinds of allegations have been made before. Similar accusations against the actress were made in 2023 by a TikToker going by the handle Ego.

After the case went to court, Ego was subsequently charged before a Lagos-based Federal High Court. Online responses to the most recent development have been conflicting.

Some social media users cautioned about the repercussions of defamation in the digital age, while others called for caution and evidence before making accusations.

It seems that Eniola Badmus is now again prepared to defend her reputation through the proper legal procedures, given her forceful response and previous court success.
