Voters stop INEC vehicle from proceeding to polling unit in Khana LGA Rivers state alleging most BVAs machines have no sim cards or batteries

People in Khana LGA in Rivers state prevented an INEC van from going to the polling place on the grounds that the BVAS machines needed to certify voters and post results to INEC’s web server are missing sim cards or batteries.

People can be seen halting the car and verbally attacking INEC officials according to reports.
