Prior to his arraignment, Donald Trump is being processed at the Manhattan district attorney’s office while in police custody.

In the wake of his historic indictment, he will formally become the first president to be charged with a crime when he shows up in court.

The indictment is anticipated to be made public for the first time on Tuesday after being sealed up.

In connection with an investigation into hush money payments made to an adult film actress in 2016, CNN has revealed that Trump would be charged with more than 30 charges of corporate fraud.

The former president will enter a not guilty plea and fight the accusations, according to Trump’s legal team.

The former president, who has vowed to continue his 2024 bid, is slated to fly back to Florida after the arraignment and speak tonight at Mar-a-Lago
