According to a report by Anadolu Agency on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he held productive meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House, describing both discussions as successful and focused on major international issues.
In a post on his Truth Social platform following his meeting with Zelenskyy, Trump said the talks covered a wide range of topics.
“Great honor to meet with President Zelenskyy of Ukraine. Many things were discussed. The meeting went very well!” Trump wrote.
Trump later issued a separate statement about his meeting with Netanyahu, saying the discussions were also positive.
“Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu of Israel, along with myself and representatives, had a very good meeting! Obviously, many important subjects were discussed,” he said.
The two meetings were held separately at the White House as Trump met the leaders to discuss developments in their respective regions. Zelenskyy’s visit came as Ukraine continues to seek international support amid its ongoing war with Russia, while Netanyahu’s talks focused on developments in the Middle East, including security issues and regional tensions involving Iran.
